How to book
We have tried to make our booking process as straightforward as possible. It will help us to handle your booking quickly if you have the answers to a few simple questions ready when you call:
- What type of event are you looking for? Are you interested in an event in spring, summer or autumn, weekend or week day? What is the purpose of your event? Who are you entertaining and are you looking for a formal or more relaxed occasion?
- How many people in your party? There are maximum and minimum numbers for all of our packages, which can vary depending on the day, so a general idea of guest numbers will help.
- Cost? What are you thinking of spending per head?
Booking & Payment
Private Boxes: Upon verbally booking your facility you will be sent a contract for the event which must be returned within 7 days, from which an invoice will be raised for your event. If you are booking within 28 days of the event full payment will be required at time of booking/returned contract.
Rooftop Restaurant Package: When booking a table in the restaurant you will need your credit card details to confirm your booking. Full payment is required at time of booking for all restaurant reservations. There is a 25% cancellation charge on restaurant bookings rising to 100% for cancellations within ten days of the event.
On the Day
Entry: You will have access to facilities when the entrance gates open, 2 hours before the first race on the day.
Hospitality Admission Badges: Badges will be sent to you 4 weeks prior to the event. Please ensure that you and your guests visibly display your badges at all time
Dress Code: The Premier Enclosure operates a dress code of smart casual. Anyone wearing untidy attire, shorts, sports clothing or Fancy Dress will be refused access, but please note we do not insist on jacket and ties.
Admission to the hospitality areas will only be granted to those displaying a valid hospitality admission badge and adhering to the dress code.
