2008 East Midlands Construction Race Days.

Over the past 10 years Autumn Construction Day at Nottingham Racecourse has established itself as the key networking event for the construction industry and related services in the East Midlands.

The Autumn race day has always been popular with facilities sold out well in advance, so rather than turn clients away we’ve introduced a Spring Construction Day. This year the Construction Race Days are to be held on the following days:

  • Spring - Tuesday 15th April
  • Autumn - Thursday 16th October

We have the following options available for entertaining clients and colleagues on Construction Day:

Race Sponsorship:  Give your guests the VIP treatment and also promote your company or product to both an on-course and off-course audience.  Race sponsorship is available to Construction Day clients at the discounted rate of £600 plus vat per race.

  • Take your guests into the Parade Ring to judge the Best Turned Out Horse
  • After the race take your guests into the Winners’ Enclosure and present a trophy to the winners of your race.
  • Have a celebratory drink with the winning connections whilst watching the race again.
  • Naming rights to your race – The Welcome to Nottingham Racecourse Stakes
  • Race title published in local, regional and national press.
  • Branding opportunities – we have a number of on-course (with television exposure) branding sites available to you to promote your company or product.
  • Public address announcements.
  • Full page, full colour advertisement in the raceday programme.


Private Hospitality Boxes:  The glass fronted Private Boxes are located on the 1st floor of the Centenary Stand and can accommodate between 12 and 40 people. Each box has its own trackside balcony offering the most stunning views of the racing action.

Rooftop Restaurant: The Rooftop Restaurant has panoramic views of the racetrack and tables of 8 – 10 people can be reserved for the whole day.
